Brenner Real Estate Group Closes Building Sale, Lease Renewals in Boca Raton, FL |
- BOCA RATON, FL – Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, has announced the completion of a commercial building sale and four lease renewals in recent commercial real estate transaction activity.
Adam Starr, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, was responsible for the following sale:
*Boca Legal Group, LLC d.b.a. Lesser Lesser Landy & Smith, PLLC has purchased a 12,148 SF office building at 4730 NW Boca Raton Blvd., Boca Raton, FL. Boca Legal Group, a law firm, has been in operation for 83 years. According to Mr. Starr, the company purchased the building in a relocation from within Boca Raton for the opportunity to own their own building. Approximately 10 staff members will move with the company. Mr. Starr represented the buyer. The seller, CHL Holdings, Inc., represented themselves.

Mr. Starr represented the landlord, Birkat Harav Camino Fee Owner, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.
*Andrew M. Bucher, P.A., an attorney, has renewed his executive suite office lease within The Fountains at Camino, 7100 West Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Starr represented the landlord, Birkat Harav Camino Fee Owner, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.
*Spirit Travel & Tours, Inc., a travel agency company in operation for 15 years, has renewed its executive suite office lease within The Fountains at Camino, 7100 West Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Starr represented the landlord, Birkat Harav Camino Fee Owner, LLC. The tenant represented themselves.
