Royal Oaks Building Group Wins Gold And Bronze At 2011 Parade Of Homes
Triangle - RALEIGH, N.C. – Rich Van Tassel, president of Royal Oaks Building Group, LLC (http://www.royaloaksbg.com), has announced that the company has received three awards in the 2011 Parade of Homes, an annual event hosted by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. The company received the Gold Award for its Davidson model at Forest Springs in Holly Springs, and two Bronze Awards, one for the Sampson model at Carriage Heights in Fuquay-Varina and the other for the Oakwood model at The Estates at Bella Casa in Apex.

The 46th annual Parade of Homes for 2011 showcased 210 new homes ranging in price from $156,000 to $2.5 million in the Triangle for three weekends, Oct. 1-2, 7-9 and 14-16. Organized annually by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, the Parade of Homes event offers potential home buyers the opportunity to view the latest in floor plans, designs, and technological innovations in homes built by local participating builders. All Parade homes were open to the public, as well as viewed by a panel of judges from different builder-related fields across the Southeast.
