CAAO Announces the 2007 Tubbs Jones Economic Impact Award Winners
Cleveland -

The Tubbs Jones Economic Impact Award is given to an individual, a CAAO Sponsor, and a CAAO member organization that demonstrate the spirit of CAAO by providing economic opportunities in the African American community of Northeast Ohio.  The 2007 winners are:

 

Individual Award   – Ted Jordan, JordanTeam

CAAO Member Organization  – Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation

CAAO Sponsor – Cleveland Clinic Health System

CAAO Volunteer – Andre Bryan

The awards will be presented at CAAO's Executive Auction Kick Off Event and Awards Ceremony on Friday, May 4, 2007.  Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones is scheduled to be in attendance to present the awards. 

This event will start with a VIP reception for executives in the auction and those entrepreneurs that will be exhibiting at the auction kick off event.  At 6:00 pm the program will start at Quicken Loans' new Cleveland Internet Home Lending Center Fifth Floor, MK Ferguson Building (1500 W. 3rd St, Cleveland, OH).   Limited tickets are still available to attend.  The cost to attend the event is $80.00 for CAAO members and $100 for nonmembers. Debra Green, Director Community Relations, Medical Mutual of Ohio is this year’s Honorary Chair.
