YellowWood Group CEO, Olalah Njenga, To Speak At 2009 Diversity Women's Business Conference
Triad -

Olalah Njenga, CEO & Senior Marketing Analyst at YellowWood Group, LLC, slotted to present “The Heart of an Entrepreneur” at Grandover Resort & Spa in Greensboro, NC on October 16, 2009.

Raleigh, NC -- October 13,2009 –  Diversity Woman Magazine and the Women's Business Center of NC have combined their efforts to produce the 2009 Diversity Women's Business Conference, whose theme this year is "Building Something Great Together". The event brings together women from all across the United States representing executives, professionals and entrepreneurs who will share meaningful and insightful messages in the all-day event.

Olalah Njenga, one of three presenters on Track 3 of the three-track conference for women, will overview the nuances of entrepreneurship. Njenga, elaborates “Everyone possess a combination of characteristics, behaviors and thoughts that frame how we see the world. But there's something about the heart of an entrepreneur that seems to beat a little differently. Helping women identify the right combination to enable them to achieve the level of success that they truly deserve is wildly important to me.  It is a privilege to speak to this group of motivated and committed women.

Njenga will compare and contrast the phases of business ownership; sole proprietor, small business owner and entrepreneur. She will also share what she refers to as her unglamorous journey into entrepreneurship and how it helps her lead by example in her community.

The 2009 Diversity Women's Business Conference offers three discussion tracks to choose from; Executive Women, Professional Women and Entrepreneurial Women.  Each track features guest speakers who will discuss powerful and relevant topics that are important to women of all walks of life.  Attendees are encouraged to move between tracks and customize their conference experience with information that is specific to their personal and/or business interests.

Registration begins at 7:30am.  The event runs from 8:00am – 4:00pm For more information about the conference and to advance register go to http://diversitywoman.com/conference. The Grandover Resort and Conference Center is located at 1000 Club Road, Greensboro, NC 27407.
