Triangle -

Raleigh, N.C.November 27th, 2009Susan Jeske, former Ms. America will be speaking at a charity event for Autism Speaks, hosted by The Triangle Wellness Network, a group of people interested in holistic and wellness issues based on the 5 Pillars of Health, healthy mind, healthy body, healthy family, healthy society, and healthy finances.

Ms. Jeske, will give her own personal story and presentation exposing the toxic truth about   The ugly side of the beauty industry and how to avoid it.   Are your cosmetic and personal care products safe?”

The event will be held at The State Employees Association of North Carolina Building (SEANC), 1621 Midtown Place, Raleigh, NC 27609 on Saturday, December 5th, 2009, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.  Cost to attend is FREE! Limited seating and reservations are required!

Susan Jeske, former Ms. America ® has a background of more than 20 years in the beauty, cosmetic and personal care products industry including a successful career with an international cosmetic company.  Several years ago severe health issues led her to a holistic doctor who said, “What you are using on your skin contains synthetic and toxic chemicals and is making you sick. Stop using your skin care and use products that are “natural” and “organic.” Surprisingly in 2 weeks Susan’s health issues went completely away! It was the first time it occurred to her that what she puts on her skin could impact her health. Realizing this she quit her cosmetic job with an executive income and started on a journey of studying cosmetics and skin care. What she found disturbed her. Lead in lipstick? Mercury in mascara? Carcinogens in baby shampoo? ALL TRUE and examples of how dangerous ingredients can end up in everyday personal care products.  We’ll also have product samples for you to try! Come to this event to learn the shocking truth and what you can do to make safer choices.

Susan is a professional image, beauty and makeup consultant and has given head-to- toe image advice to corporate executives, political and community leaders for over 20 years. She has written for newspapers and magazines as a columnist and appeared on radio and television worldwide.

Susan is sponsored by Nikken Inc., a leader in health and wellness. To learn more about Susan’s presentation go to her web site: www.SusanJeske.com  Click onto: Toxic-Free Cosmetics
