Toll Brothers Introduces New Ranch Designs at Two Popular Communities
Triangle - (Raleigh, N.C.) – Toll Brothers, (NYSE: TOL) (, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes and developer of fine communities around the Triangle, is proud to announce the addition of new ranch-style floorplans and exterior design options at The Hills at Southpoint in Durham and The Oaks at Meadowridge in Cary. The new designs include both the Tradition and Audubon floorplans, each offering an abundance of luxurious upgrades that are included as standard options in all Toll Brothers Triangle-area homes.

“We have seen an increased demand from buyers for a single-story design with our high-quality craftsmanship,” said Ted Peace, Assistant Vice President for Toll Brothers. “No other builder in the Triangle can offer buyers luxury ranch designs like ours with the combined convenience of shopping, restaurants, and recreational facilities both communities provide. It’s just another example of the tremendous value in purchasing a Toll Brothers home.”

At The Hills at Southpoint, the open and inviting floorplan of the Tradition features two bedrooms, two baths, and a foyer that opens directly into the formal living and dining rooms. The large kitchen with pantry and sunny breakfast area opens to the family room. The master bedroom suite with a coffered ceiling and large walk-in closet boasts a master bath with Roman tub, dual vanities and separate shower.

With the addition of the new Tradition floorplan, The Hills at Southpoint now offers three stunning home collections ranging from 2,100 square-feet to over 5,000 square-feet with prices starting from the low $300’s. Recently released home sites are open, private, and overlook beautifully wooded conservation, giving residents access to natural walking trails and sidewalks which connect to the American Tobacco Trail. Several of these home sites will accommodate a desirable walk-out basement option.

At The Oaks at Meadowridge, the new Audubon floorplan features four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and ten-foot ceilings throughout. The well-designed kitchen boasts a center island, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast bar that overlooks the expansive family room highlighted by a fireplace. The master bedroom offers a tray ceiling, a large walk-in closet, and a private bath that features dual vanities and a Roman tub. In addition to the Audubon floorplan, The Oaks at Meadowridge offers buyers a choice of eight collections with homes ranging in size from 2,900 square-feet to over 3,800 square-feet with prices starting from the mid-$400’s.

Homes at both The Hills at Southpoint and The Oaks at Meadowridge include a mix of environmentally friendly features such as low VOC carpets and paints, low-flow faucets, and engineered hardwood floors. Home buyers can also choose from an array of other options such as tankless water heaters, Icynene® spray foam insulation, dual-flush toilets, sealed crawlspaces, and geothermal heating and cooling systems. Like all the homes offered by Toll Brothers in the Triangle, homes at these two communities are Energy Star® Certified.

Amenities available at The Hills at Southpoint include a six-lane junior Olympic swimming pool, resident’s clubhouse, a tot lot and multi-purpose court.
